HOW TO AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE TWITTER FROM FACEBOOK PAGE

Many bloggers keep asking me on how can they automatically update their Twitter profile with the update that they post on their Facebook page, hence I thought about writing a blog post on WebEnthu.

Actually the process is quite simple and once you have linked your Twitter and Facebook page you don’t have to worry about anything. You can follow the steps below to link your profiles (I will be assuming here that you already have a Facebook fan page and Twitter account that you wish to link)

• Open the URL – Link Facebook to Twitter. Login to the page with the username, with which you have made the facebook page.
• Once you have logged in, it will list down all the fan pages that you admin. Select the one that you wish to link to your twitter profile and click the “Link to Twitter” button.
• The page will now be redirected to Twitter and it will give you a message “An application would like to connect to your account”. Login with your Twitter username and password and click on the “Allow” button. This will authorize your Facebook page to post on your Twitter profile.
• Once you have logged in you will get the message “Linked to Twitter“. You will also get options on what all you wish to update on your Twitter from Facebook. You can choose the options that suit you and click on “Save Changes” button.
• In future if you wish to unlink your accouts, you can simply login to the same URL mentioned above and click on the “Unlink from Twitter” button.
