  1. Hide Facebook StatusLogin to your Facebook account
  2. Go to your Facebook profile page
  3. After typing your status, click on the lock symbol that is visible beside the share button
  4. You can now select from the drop-down menu of your choice to hide your facebook status from select people (as many as you want)

Note that you can also select a particular group that you created, say for example “Family” or “Colleagues” from getting your status updates.
