.html pages get faster indexing in the search engines and increases search engine ranking too.As I already said above that BlogSpot blogs by default uses .html extension.But WordPress blogs don’t uses .html extension by default but with the help of plugin or manually we can add .html extension to blog permalinks .Below is the detailed explanation how to add .html extension in WordPress blogs.

How to add .html extension to WordPress Permalinks :

* Login in your WordPress admin

* Click Permalinks below settings tab

* In permalinks page you will see your WordPress default permalinks structure is /%category%/%postname%/

* Now just add .html to that structure.So it will look like /%category%/%postname%.html

* Click save
